- We don't deliver the agreed work.
- The result doesn't meet written requirements — even after your included revisions (2–3).
- We can't complete the project for any reason on our side.
- Tell us what's not right — WhatsApp or email.
- We try to fix it with your included revisions.
- If it still doesn't match, we refund fast — same payment method where possible.
50% advance to start · 50% on completion. If work isn't completed, you never pay the second half.
- Requests outside the original agreed scope.
- Delays caused by missing content or feedback from your side.
- Third-party fees (domains, hosting, Shopify plans, apps, themes) that we can't recover.
If we fail to deliver, any extra fast-delivery fee you paid for that work is refunded too.
